Our Leaders

Our Pastors

The kind of heart God has given Milton and Alma—a heart that passionately desires to serve—is evident to anyone who sees them in action. The Equihuas found themselves in Mexico after Milton was deported in 2013. Since then, they have remained active in the Kingdom, continuing the ministries they first began in their hometown of Bakersfield.

In 2020, during the COVID-19 outbreak, God opened the door for them to become pastors of Hope Chapel. Soon after, they launched New Beginnings Ministries to support and serve deportees at their most vulnerable moments.

Our Founders

In August 2008, newly appointed Foursquare missionaries Don and Sandy Godwin brought their three teenage daughters to Mexico. Their assignment was to plant a church for the English-speaking people of Northern Baja.

In August 2020, they returned back to United States and continued as Foursquare Missionaries.
